Case Study. LIVE Event: Valencia.

Promotional Objectives

Our brief was to film a 'live' event using multiple social media channels on a beautiful restaurant terrace with music, lighting, models to promote a new jewellery brand.

Plus, to invite and interact with the general public.

We presented jewellery designs in an environment in which customers would wear them after purchase. In this case a restaurant terrace.

Promotional Tactics Used

- LIVE YouTube/ Social media shorts of the event with links to the long-length final video of the event.

- Featuring QR codes for the public to scan and visit the website of each designto make a purchase of the designs they have just watched live.

- LIVE Full Length film feature of the event including interviews with the public and members of the public wearing the designs.

We Maximised the Impact using:

- A6 colour flyer event invitations with website QR code link.

- Front of house models wearing jewlery at the entrance to the terrace and inviting public into the event.

- Publicised and listed on Eventbrite and Meet Up.
